Ingredients for 4 people:
Method:
In a deep-sided frying pan we heat the oil over a medium-high heat and lightly caramelise the onion in it for 5-8 minutes, with a pinch of salt. Then we add the garlic and, when that has wilted a little too, we pull the pan off the hob and sprinkle in the paprika. After stirring thoroughly, over a lower flame we add 2-3 tbsp of water, then the mushrooms go in, which we season with salt, pepper and marjoram. We toss the mushrooms together with the paprika-onion mixture and, adding a little water again and stirring occasionally, cook for about 15 minutes in total. Meanwhile, after tasting, we perfect the flavours with the coconut aminos sauce. While the paprikash is cooking, we also cook whatever side we like.
When the mushrooms are soft, we add the Vegaföl and, after 1-2 minutes of gentle simmering, we can turn off the heat. We sprinkle with half of the chopped parsley and serve.
Tips:
Stored in the fridge, the paprikash can be safely eaten for 2 days. When reheating, it is worth simmering it for a few minutes. Once opened, Vegaföl, covered and stored in the fridge, can be eaten for 5 days.
