Vegaföl: the fermented coconut cream that stands up to heat
Many people look for a sour cream that does not curdle in hot paprika stew or cream soup. Vegaföl delivers this from a coconut base matured by fermentation – 18 g of fat per 100 grams, suitably full-bodied. It does not collapse in hot dishes, and the silky texture comes from Gracilaria seaweed. It is also good for thickening, as a dip or on top of lángos (fried flatbread); its composition is short and clean.
