This date syrup is made from 100% dates, from Tunisian and Algerian fruit. Its thick, honey-like texture makes it a great topping for pancakes, waffles or ice cream, and in baking it replaces sugar or honey at roughly 1:1, from a vegan ingredient.
Chicory inulin syrup is made from 100% chicory root, with 54 g of fibre in every 100 grams. Stirred into coffee, tea or porridge it sweetens, and in baking it helps keep the dough softer. Its sweetening power is about 60% of that of sugar, so it is best added gradually.
