Blueberry coconut yoghurt for porridge or dessert
Spooned over porridge, or on its own from the pot: the blueberry coconut yoghurt is for those who like tarter flavours. At the bottom is jam of blueberry and blackcurrant, on top a soft coconut layer, both in a 150 gram pot. Scattered over hot porridge, the cold layer gives a contrast. Vegan and free-from, it arrives chilled.
