Free-from Esterházy cake with walnuts, without gluten and egg
Esterházy cake is an old classic among walnut cakes. This free-from Esterházy cake is made with walnuts and almond flour, joined by coconut flour, flaxseed flour and coconut milk, with paleo apple sugar taking care of the sweetness.
