Tricolour little star gnocchi: three vegetables, in a cheerful star shape
Add some colour to family lunches with ALL IN Tricolour little star gnocchi! The sweet potato, spinach and beetroot stars bring playfulness to the plate, while also introducing the little ones to the flavours of vegetables.
The gluten-free, vegan gnocchi is based on sweet potato, which we make with several kinds of gluten-free flour. The colours of the three varieties come from the sweet potato, the spinach and the beetroot.

How to prepare
- Cook in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, until it floats to the surface, then drain.
- You can pan-fry it in a little melted vegan butter or olive oil.
- Serve it with a tomato or plant-based creamy sauce, pair it with vegetables, or serve it as a side.
Storage and pack size
- Store in the freezer below -18 °C; delivered frozen.
- It keeps its quality until the date marked on the packaging (day/month/year); do not refreeze after thawing.
