Quark cake ice cream: lemon, chocolate, brownie
There is no quark in it, yet the flavour of quark cake is there. This quark cake ice cream is made on a coconut milk base with untreated lemon zest and organic lemon juice, with chocolate topping and brownie pieces alongside. The brownie is based on almond flour, walnut and cocoa powder. A vegan and free-from 200 gram cup; with us it goes by the name Tworo cake.
