Dairy-free vanilla pudding: on its own or as a topping
A pouch of dairy-free vanilla pudding in the fridge, and there is always something to spoon. It is made from coconut milk, gluten-free oat flour and tapioca starch, thickened with konjac gum, flavoured with ground Bourbon vanilla and sweetened with paleo apple sugar. A creamy, soy-free and preservative-free free-from pudding. You can reseal the spouted pouch, so you can eat it in several portions.
